Sale Terms and Conditions

All sales are final and refunds will only be given except where a statutory right to a refund applies.

Exchange

We are happy to offer an exchange or issue a credit note for items, provided that they are returned to us within 2 weeks from the date received. They must be returned in an unused condition with tags and packaging still intact. Any postage costs for change of mind exchanges is at the expense of the customer both returning and resending items.

When making a return, please post items back to 452 William Street, Perth WA 6000, Australia. When returning items please use a service with tracking – ensuring the stock arrives back to us is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in returnable condition, we will post or email you a credit note. Alternatively, returns can be brought back to the store and a credit note will be processed in store even if the sale was originally made online.

Shipping

Weight-based Standard Shipping within Australia

Standard Shipping within Australia is sent by Australia Post for a flat rate of $7.50. Some oversized items may attract a higher postage cost depending on the size and weight of the item.

Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping generally takes between 2-10 business days for delivery within Australia. If you require your order by a certain date please contact us at shopkeeper@williamtopp.com

Express Shipping

If you need your goods urgently please send us an email at shopkeeper@williamtopp.com and we can organise express postage for you.

Tracking your Order

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

Gift Wrapping

All of our products are sent beautifully wrapped and sent without a receipt. Perfect for gift giving! If you would like a note or card attached to your gift you can contact us at shopkeeper@williamtopp.com and we can arrange one for you. 

Damaged Parcel

If your item arrives to you damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage (we need these to claim delivery insurance).
